If Trump wins the election, things will change. A vaccine is coming. A cure, or treatments that are virtually a cure, is coming. A study is coming that shows masks are useless. If people in most states stop wearing masks and thrive, the people in the remaining mask-mandate states will stop complying. With a liberty-supporting Supreme Court, challenges to mask mandates can be fought in court and won.

The region, Nagorno-Karabakh, is engulfed in Azerbaijan territory but having an Armenian majority, a mess left by the Soviet Union. I don't know what Azerbaijan's objective is. If they aim to occupy the entire region and kick all Armenians out of there, it would get very ugly with no peace in sight.
They don't care about the Armenians living there. They bombed civilians, schools, hospitals, homes, non military targets. If Azeri control the land and Armenain troops pull out it will be genocide for the people living there.
