They’re ballot harvesting, they’ve extended the election for 3 days past Nov 3rd so if they’re behind they can magically find more ballots, and most egregiously, they’ve banned signature matching on mail in ballots. If you find a ballot in the dumpster or steal it from your neighbor or live in an apartment and receive ballots for previous tenants, you can fill out the ballot and just sign “Micky Mouse” and the ballot will be accepted. Philly is stuffing the boxes with fraudulent ballots as I type.
