If you're the OP, you should re-record it to both fix the smoke errors, and with a bit more practice on the voice. Or try simply using your normal speaking voice and speaking in a calm, low, matter of fact tone. Imagine yourself in a 20s gangster movie. Just some ideas.
The words behind it, on the other hand, those are perfect. While the delivery might need a bit of tweaking, the message is spot fuckin' on. Keep on truckin.

I think I took the “film trailer” kind of idea, so the voice I used was dictated by the music. I did the video randomly in the spur of the moment. FREESTYLED the speech. When you’re free styling the speech, focusing on voice, AND performance is very difficult. If I wrote something and memorized it (easy), I could focus more on voice and acting. Thank you Fren!
