It was mostly in comment sections where people were discussing how Biden would go toe to toe with Trump, and there were suggestions that he'd be given X medicine, but others noted that there were side effects of taking it, and they'd need to give him quite a bit and that risked doing permanent damage.
You could search around for Biden dementia medicine to get a name, and look up the possible side effects. If such a drug didn't have side effects, then all dementia patients would be on it all the time, at least that's the way I figure, so it seemed plausible that it would be dangerous.
