How is a guy pissing in a urinal outside of your stall substantially different than a woman taking a piss in the next stall? Does she get just as mad when she has morning sickness and some woman goes into the next stall to drop a deuce? There are far better arguments against these kinds of restrooms.
For me, your line of reason, obvious as it is, became really clear when my fiancee and I were both at my college campus my first year of grad school (think it was for homecoming or something), and she asked me to find her a bathroom. It hit me then that I probably couldn't find her a female one. I told her that as we walked towards the student center, the closest building, and all the bathrooms were "inclusive." I had to go in the bathroom with her and basically stand outside the stahl because she didn't feel comfortable going in there alone (and I don't blame her. All genders allowed, on a college campus during a night where everyone was out and celebrating)
Yeah this whole bathroom nonsense is ridiculous, and it genuinely is unsafe for women. I hate the term “safe space,” but... when out in public, many times, a (female only) bathroom is the only “safe space,” for a woman during certain circumstances, and for various reasons. As a guy? I personally don’t care, I’ll take a piss or a dump anywhere lol, but there’s a reason public places have separate bathrooms for men and women, and they should remain that way. Only time it should be gender neutral is when it’s literally a 1 person bathroom with a lock on the door
Maybe she's hormonal and would prefer to be around people who understands, and also exit the stall maybe for some support or kind words. Something a male, a non husband/bf that is, can't offer.

The real issue is that restrooms should be separate, not because of any logical arguments, but because it takes men out of the crosshairs of complaint. Women should be separated from men, not just in restrooms, but whenever practicable for this reason alone.
Men treat a urinal a LOT different than women treat a toilet. If I had to emergency puke in an empty public bathroom I’d choose the women’s. I’m pretty sure anyone would.

I’ve worked in corporate offices, retail environments, restaurants, gyms, and many other places that see high levels of foot traffic, and the universal truth is women-only restrooms are some of the nastiest places I’ve ever seen.
Even with regular maintenance and cleaning, those places go from clean to trench warfare triage tent during monsoon season in a matter of hours.
The only thing worse than that are all-gendered bathrooms. The depravity of the left is endless.
