I don't recall reading anything in the Constitution about that.

Because it's a state law. Washington forced through a mandatory background check bill years ago.

No crap. Tell me something I don't know.

You should sue the state to get their law tossed out. As is, it's their current law and they won't enforce it against a guy who assisted in murder.
