Not provable, especially in court. Something doesn't become CP because schizos on the most notorious troll forum online say so. I am also not saying it isn't her, we really can't tell.
Now if the FBI has figured out the foot job feet are indeed a minor(Natalie), to the point they could prove it in court, that's a different story. Maybe they have a statement from the minor, or a picture with her face?
But we have the same issue. The FBI has proof Hunter raped a minor and refuse to prosecute him, refuse to protect the minor from him, and actively cover for his crimes to benefit his father's political ambitions.
Instead of enforcing the law against a pedophile rapist they would be seeking out people who share evidence of the crime and prosecute them. Even though the evidence is not clearly CP to any reasonable observer. It would literally be the most corrupt thing the FBI could possibly do. Which is entirely possible.
