Parler, the self described "world's premier free speech platform", has banned links to The Donald.
A few quotes from their website:
Speak freely and express yourself openly, without fear of being “deplatformed” for your views.

Whatever you’d rather not see on your profile or feed, we give you the tools you need to do your own “shadow-banning” — while still leaving everyone else free to decide for themselves what they wish to see on their profiles and feeds.
We do not curate your feed; we do not pretend to be qualified to do so. We believe only you are qualified to curate your feed, and so we give you the tools you need to do it yourself.
If you hand them your phone number to sign up, then try to post a link to The Donald, you'll get a "URL has been restricted" popup, which goes against what they claim to stand for - and is a step that not even Twitter has taken.
As a result, we'll be banning links to Parl-- just kidding. #1A
Parler posts can’t be freely viewed unless you sign up and log in. That is censoring these voices even more than Twitter was doing.
