No guarantee but I think at this point the ballots are fixed except for write ins. If Biden drops out the DNC can change the official party candidate the EC electors vote for but the ballots are fixed. So in States that Trump wins it’s irrelevant and Trump gets that state’s electoral college votes. In states where “Biden” wins the electors will vote for or should vote for whoever the DNC selects. If it’s a tie vote of electoral college votes it goes to the House and each state has one vote and Trump wins.
Well there’s no legal basis to delay the election and it’s too late to reprint ballots or hold primary elections & many of the ballots are already used. So if Biden really isn’t a candidate anymore what else could happen?
