Masks have been terribly effective until recently in turning people docile, and it occurred to me that it must have had a few trial runs before being inflicted on us by Sleepys' friends.
Just curious if anyone has spent time there or could offer any insights.
Ok, put on your tinfoil hat and grab your Bible. This mask nonsense is a spiritual sign. It indicates subjugation to Islam. Both men and women covered to indicate dhimmitude. Islam has been quiet in the news as of late, but in the end times, according to the Bible, those in authority will behead you for not bowing to Mecca and they will believe they are on God's side. Who does that?
Liberalism in America, the west, hamstrings our fortitude to stand against the encroachment of Islam. Their (liberals) rejection of God's laws and hostility to Jesus Christ while living among us in high numbers puts a target on us for a reprisal, because, though the Muslims do not accept Christ as the Son of God, they do pray to the Godhead. We HAVE to be rid of them (liberals). If not, then they are the ones who turn it over to the Islamist caliphate. Their corruption and fakery will not stand against an Old Testament people, Islamists. Liberals will rot this country out and we will be taken easily.
And, frankly, having a mask with you all the time that you touch with your hands and put on and take off, put in your pocket, etc, is DIRTY. Ask any doctor. So, masks are meant to demoralize, to scare, to make sick, as well. It makes no sense. I look for what does make sense even if it is in category Z. Like in world war z where the Israelites were the only ones prepared for zombie invasion.
The theme of subjugation is present in all the forced masking searching i have done. Thank you.
Two things
Masks reduce the wearer's blood-oxygen levels. I'm not sure how to medically explain what effects this has, but I assume reducing your oxygen intake for extended periods of time can't be good for one's higher thinking abilities. Not to mention rebreathing in CO2 (which makes me drowsy during long road trips if I don't roll my windows down to get fresh air).
Slave traders believed that forcing people to cover their nose and mouth breaks ones will, making them more submissive. (This is from a post here before I made my account, don't know where it is buried atm). Apparently that's also why women are required to cover their faces in islam, to make them more submissive.
Edit: I realized I didn't answer your question at all, which is about masks in China for that purpose.
Also prevents seeing smiles, squelches conversation, dampens friend making, induces hostility for non-compliance too, just from personal experience.

If the videos I saw on Youtube in January were the real thing, they needed face masks.
Chinese police were literally welding people into their apartment buildings.
Yeah I saw those same videos but now I'm questioning how much was a psy op. Only because I was watching videos of dudes just falling to the ground apparently motionless. They built a massive hospital to house patients (supposedly) and then they destroyed it a couple weeks later. We know now that Covid isn't that deadly and it doesn't hit people that fast. But that was what triggered the fear that we are still living with.
