The only thing we do not and cannot know is if SARS-CoV-2 was an intermediate (less lethal) virus or an intended/final bioweapon.

I suspect it was an accidental release of a less lethal strain because of the way the CCP responded to it.

I have zero doubt the CCP Military bio-weapons research is happening in the WIV and I have zero doubt the CCP has since massively expanded the bioweapons program.

I suspect it was a planned first release, because someone was selling COVID19 testing kits and ventilators in 2017 or around then, and consistent the Build Back Better messaging.

But, I think they hoped it would be more lethal.

They might be planning another release, hopefully it's a dud too.

I've considered it this way:

Imagine if a spy operative came in from china with a vial of something like Anthrax, back in 2019 before anyone in USA had heard of COVID-19, and this spy released this vial of toxic powder or gas or whatever on a very busy subway in New York during rush hour, and it instantly killed the spy and everyone in the subway station at the time, perhaps several hundred people.

That would be viewed as an extreme act of terrorism and international warfare, basically, as bad as 9-11, perhaps? How would the nation and the US Government react to such a violent and sudden attack on US soil?

Well, to put things in context, COVID-19 has killed, maybe not as many as reported, due to things like car crash victims and heart attack victims being reported as COVID deaths because it's in the financial interest of the hospital, but surely many tens of thousands of Americans have been killed by it on US soil.

Isn't it interesting how it is viewed differently because of the slow, insidious progress, and the relatively mild effects in general of the virus? It's not viewed by most as a bio-warfare attack...

Thank you man for bringing all this to my attention. I obviously had my suspicions from the beginning, and this all but confirms them.

Your comment is completely correct about the way warfare is conducted.

Care to ELI5? I read this before and understood maybe 35% of it and that's being very generous.

Umm, well I'm no PHD, Like the esteemed Ms Yan, so I confess I mainly focused on the summaries, but I'll try to do a brief overview...

Basically, she broke down the SARS-COV-2 to its makeup parts, and by sort of reverse engineering how it is constructed, she was able to tell that there is no way it could have come about in nature.

In some ways, it's very similar to the "BAT" virus that is common in some parts of China, but there's no way it could have mutated or developed into the current strain of SARS by itself, and she goes into depth as to why that is, but it went over my head.

Then, it appears to be custom made to attack specifically HUMANS, rather than animals, like it's a frankenstein of virus parts that are very good at attacking humans, and other virus parts that attack multiple organs in the body, as if by design.

She even breaks down how a lab would go about designing and synthesising a virus exactly like SARS-COV-2 if they wanted to make it exactly as it exists, in 5 easy steps, and how long each step would take. Basically, a lab with smart technicians like they have in China could go from start to COVID-19 in about 6 months:

Step 1: Engineer a modification to a particular protein of the BAT coronavirus.

Step 2: Further modify that modified part.

Step 3: gene sequencing stuff.

Step 4: Produce designed viral genome... recover live viruses.

Step 5: Optimise the virus to be fit for attacking humans and test it etc.

Then release it from China onto the World at the correct time to achieve end goals...

She says she has first hand knowledge that the military labs in China were already set up with all the knowledge and equipment to do exactly this.

PS, I have my own little conspiracy theory about this virus, based on how it attacks, and its origin.

Factors:

1: It came from China, which is governed by a Communistic, non religious, strict, coldly pragmatic government.

2: China has an issue with overpopulation, and an increasing population of elderly and along with elderly comes increased drains on society, sickness, long drawn out disease, persons requiring a lot of care without contributing beneficially to society.

3: COVID-19 specifically targets the elderly, in particular the elderly who have multiple long term conditions, such as diabetes, cancer, Chronic Respiratory Disease, Cardiovascular Disease, High Blood Pressure, etc. The more of those conditions, and the older a person, the more likely they are to die of COVID-19.

Conclusion. Imagine you were a dictator, or a major player in a communistic country, and you wanted the most expedient way of reducing your country's increasing healthcare costs, rising overpopulation problem, increasing aged and non-contributing population, and solving this issue all in one fell swoop. Imagine too, that your smart and amoral lab scientists told you they could bring this about by synthesising a virus that would only be harmful to the very sick and very old... Maybe that would seem like a magic bullet to solve all your issues in one fell sweep? But maybe you'd want to test it elsewhere before going ahead with it, to make sure it was really harmless to the young and fit and healthy? Or maybe you gave it the go ahead and a spy smuggled it out of the country? Or maybe a mistake happened in the lab where it was designed and it got out accidentally?

Anyway, that's my little private conspiracy theory.
