30s Germany was a reaction to their Antifa problem, and city-wide communist revolutions like Bavarian Soviet Republic in 1919 and the continued Comintern actions through Roter Frontkämpferbund (Red Front)

Members of red front became later on the dictators of German "Democratic" Republic (Erich Honecker) killing and imprisoning untold number of people.

Leftists better understand that Trump is the moderate keeping the pendulum for swinging to the very right. Very, very right.

That's what I keep trying to tell leftists: By all objective standards, Trump is what we would have called a liberal in the 1970's. He's anti-war (but pro-strong military as a deterrent), anti-interventionist (but pro-trade deals that benefit the US), he's pro-civil rights on a national level (but pro-state's rights) He's pro-US workers (which means limits on immigration and a strong border.) He represents the best and most worthwhile of the "liberal" ideals matched with the best of the "conservative" ideals. Under his administration, the entire world has become more peaceful, prosperous and free.

This is one of the most concise summaries of Trump’s positions. Thank you!

This is because he is an ACTUAL liberal in the original sense of the word rather than the 'liberal = left' Americanization of the word. He is more Classical Liberal which is the right leaning liberal side and fundamental core founding principles of the USA. The left barely has liberals anymore. The few remaining Social Liberals (liberals who lean left like Tim Pool) are being hunted down and pushed out by Woke religious attack mobs. So they just are moving the the center and right to at least get basic Western liberal values even if they are right leaning. Many don't even understand the definitions in this way... but they just see the Trump = loving America and the Western way of life.

Exactly. What the left has now are merely varying levels of totalitarians.

I don't think it's an "Americanization," except in the sense that what was once the American Liberal Establishment has now redefined itself as the radical, violent Left.

I have no quarrel with the rest. DJT is a JFK Liberal, which is what passes for a "conservative" these days.

OP has a valid point, in that the BLM/Antifa groups today are behaving like the Nazi Brownshirts did in 33-34, with marching, harassment of bystanders, requiring salutes and pledges, etc.

My point is Antifa group behaved the same in 1932 after the Red Front was banned

And we've already lived through a few sequels to the Krystal Nacht

Socialists will social, whether of the National or International variety. It's even int he name. One either melds and complies with the "social body," the Party, or one will be destroyed by it as an enemy. You count for nothing as an individual.

Yeah well, I'm that's what happens when they love the clock instead of the pendulum. Also, anyone to the right of Lenin is a right-leaning fascist by that standard. That doesn't make them conservative.

Yes. Hitler achieving totalitarian control was due to the Reichstag Fire lit by an Antifa type named Marinus van der Lubbe.

"Van der Lubbe said that he had set the Reichstag building on fire as a cry to rally the German workers against the fascist rule. He was brought to trial along with the head of the German Communist Party and three Bulgarian members of the Comintern. At his trial, Van der Lubbe was convicted and sentenced to death for the Reichstag fire. The four other defendants (Ernst Torgler, Georgi Dimitrov, Blagoi Popov, and Vasil Tanev) at the trial were acquitted."

It's funny because commies will simultaneously revere van der Lubbe and claim that he was framed.

It is well established van der Lubbe was responsible and that he acted alone. Pretty shit false flag to not blame it on a group...
