It has always been on a Global scale. There has always been a consortium of elite bankers and business men, much of which is driven off of bloodlines, that has systematically infiltrated sovreign nations in an attempt to exploit their resources and take over control of them. Germany, China, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, etc. None of that has been an accident.
It is happening, but I fear that with the Great Reset and the "Build Back Better" garbage, it's on a global scale.
