Can someone explain how a 30 hour debate limit means she will be confirmed tonight? Does this just mean no comments from Republicans in that period? Or does tonight include the wee early morning hours as well? It looks like they started a little bit ago.
I’m assuming that all Democrats will use every second of time they have, whether they have something to say or not, so I’m trying to get an idea of when we should see a final vote.
