I'm voting to legalize it. I don't feel like there's anything wrong with making it legitimate. Pot is super easy to get and the people who were going to do it are doing it anyway and it'll boost the economy.
Also, hey fellow NJ person. Sucks being in such an expensive blue state, doesn't it? :P
I'm voting no, not because it shouldn't be legalized, but Jersey is going to legalize and rape it with taxes. It will become the Gas Tax 2.0. Everytime there is a budget shortfall it will get raised. The Governor knows this, his corrupt cronies know this, and the political ilk in NJ know this. It should be decriminalized and legal to grow and use. Free market like any other produce item.

Murphy is the worst! I can’t wait till he’s gone.

Voted No.
Reason? Just against Recreational Drugs, or do the negatives outweigh the benefits (ie: tax benefits)
Is that pot without a doctor's prescription ? We have pot stores in NY State, but I think you need a doctor's prescription.
There's a very crowded popular pot store in my neighborhood.
Presumably, it is easy to shop around for a doctor to write you a prescription for whatever fake ailment you want to make up.
( Yes I get that there are many legitimate cases where pot is a good medicine ).
