I'm not smart enough to know all the nuance & implications of this. But I do know that hearing him tell the government to push a business to close down (Privatbank) just so a different loan can come from the International Monetary Fund sounds dirty & corrupt.

At least here in the US, the government shouldn't be putting weight on the scales to try and shut down any private business. Outside of legit national security concerns or overt law breaking, that is.
