That difference in angle is slight and could be attributed to how flexed her foot is (angle of her foot) If you look at the image from the vid, her foot is relaxed and the angle between her shin and the top of her foot is greater than 90 degrees. It depends on the state. In Texas votes cast for Biden will count for Biden if he drops out. You don't get to vote again.
Both DNC (and RNC) rules allow them to nominate a new candidate whether it's Heels-up Harris or another person, but each state has it's own rules on already cast ballots.

I don't think the scars are similar. Pointed in different directions and Natalie's is deeper cut, has noticable skin bulge at the top.
That difference in angle is slight and could be attributed to how flexed her foot is (angle of her foot) If you look at the image from the vid, her foot is relaxed and the angle between her shin and the top of her foot is greater than 90 degrees. In the high res image (below) the scar appears more perpendicular, but her foot is also flexed more and the angle between her shin and her foot is less than 90 degrees.
Also, some have noticed that there appears to be extra skin in two of the pics (tennis and walking). That is probably due to her actually moving her legs causing her achilles to bulge. Notice in the pool pic (where she is relaxed) her achilles isn't bulging.

Both DNC (and RNC) rules allow them to nominate a new candidate whether it's Heels-up Harris or another person, but each state has it's own rules on already cast ballots.
