Which would be a good thing, because in Wisconsin he can post bail (can't in Illinois). His dumbass lawyers messed up and fought extradition.

Hold up, Lin Wood defended Richard Jewell during the terrorist attack in 1996 in Atlanta. He's a Georgia based lawyer and asking an out of state lawyer to litigate in another state takes time. I'm leaning towards Dem politicians and their cronies taking advantage of the situation.

Best interest of the client to have him tried as a minor. Obviously, any lawyer worth his salt would fight extradition until the state of Wisconsin agreed to charge him as a child, regardless of the charge.
