Can somebody explain why his UKIP and BREXIT parties could win UK seats in the EU parliament, but haven’t won any seats in the UK Parliament? The UK seems to lack any actual conservative government at the national level, despite what the tories may call themselves

He stood his party down in key swing areas so that conservatives could ensure labour didn't get in and thwart Brexit altogether. Handed them the election in effect, but it was a no brainer from a Brexit POV. The media have smeared him to the extent that he wouldn't have won enough seats nationwide for Brexit to be the majority and win. It's a shame, he has a good heart but people don't see it for the media smears.

Because the EU parliament is proportional representation, like it should be, unlike the fucked up UK system.

We don't have any right leaning government, there's somewhat left on one side and filthy commies on the other.

EU parliament voting is kind of weird, so discard that. It was a bit of a shock win.

The reason why they can't get any seats is because each area of the uk is like a state in the USA. So even though Farage could get 15% of popular vote, unless he wins a state, he wont get any seats.

EU parliament is proportional representation, which is much better than the American system of first past the post.

With proportional representation America wouldn't be in the hands of the uniparty.

With proportional representation US would be at the mercy of rapefugees like much of the EU.

Explain how?

Proportional my ass.

You vote for a person who then votes for more people and then those people vote for the big boss. It's a nightmare. And on top of that, only about a 3rd of the EU parliament is actually touchable by the public, a lot of them just get appointed not voted in.

Fuck that shit, the system is garbage.

You're confusing proportional representation with a parliamentary system.

And no, 100% of the EU parliament is elected. You're referring to the Commission which is nominated and not elected.
