Permastickied until the election
We think nationally a lot, but let's talk local for a bit!
Rules for this thread are pretty simple. Top-level posts must be structured as such or they'll be deleted:
[STATE]
[COUNTY/CITY/etc (if applicable)]
[Position title. School board, police chief, dog catcher, tax hike, etc.]: -Who is the MAGA candidate(s), or Yes/No to the initiative. Please include an explanation (and link, if possible)
Example:
NORTH DAKOTA
FARGO COUNTY
Police Chief:
-Deputy Dangle. He puts rollerskating hookers away and doesn't afraid of anything
School tax increase
-Vote NO. They're failing our students, churning out rollerskating hookers. They'll use the money for rayciss training anyway.
If you're looking for advice for your state/county, ctrl-F and search for it. If nothing comes up, do some research and advise others!
MINNESOTA
U.S. Senate:
-Jason Lewis. He's the Republican.
Minnesota Supreme Court Seat 4:
-Michelle L. MacDonald. Endorsed by the Minnesota Republican Party. She's running against a former Democratic-Farmer-Labor member who is backed by liberal groups.
1ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT
Court 32 Judge:
-Joseph Carter. I can't find anything wrong with him. He has years of experience. His challenger is a nobody who has put forth zero information about who he is or what he stands for.
CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT 2
Representative:
-Tyler Kistner. He's the Republican, but he doesn't want to fully repeal Obamacare. Votes for Minnesota 2nd Congressional District will not count due to the death of Adam Weeks of the Legal Marijuana Now Party. A special election is scheduled for February 9th.
SENATE DISTRICT 21/HOUSE DISTRICT 21A
Minnesota State Senate District 21:
-Mike Goggin. He's the Republican.
Minnesota House of Representatives District 21A:
-Barb Haley. She's the Republican.

RED WING
Commissioner for District 5:
-Edward Moritz. Has pro 1st and 2nd amendment rhetoric. Has anti-tax rhetoric. Accuses his opponent, Paul Drotos, of not being a real conservative.
Mayor:
-Mike Wilson. He's extremely vague about what he actually stands for. But his opponent, incumbant Sean Dowse, has a "2040 Plan" in place for the city that includes bs about equity and cultural training and how our children are the responsibility of the whole community. This makes Mike Wilson the lesser evil just for not pushing sjw nonsense.
Council Member Wards 3 & 4 (Red Wing):
-Ernest Stone. Believes in low taxes and opposes environmentalism. His opponent, incumbant Evan Brown, is an environmentalist who believes in social justice.
School Board Member (4 seats open):
-Samantha Malcom. Focused on the students. Puts students before political agendas. Wants to uphold her values as a parent.
-Elisabeth Peterson. Seems like a fiscal conservative. Focused on the students, teachers, and giving taxpayers a voice and not wasting taxpayer dollars.
-Rebecca L. Peterson. Fiscally responsible, focused on the students, and wants to leave politics out of it.
-Shelley Pohlman. Equally focused on needs students, teachers, administration, and taxpayers, and excellence. Volunteers for Goodhue Republicans.
Most of the other School Board candidates believe in social justice bs, though there are a couple of unknowns.
