Permastickied until the election

We think nationally a lot, but let's talk local for a bit!

Rules for this thread are pretty simple. Top-level posts must be structured as such or they'll be deleted:

[STATE]

[COUNTY/CITY/etc (if applicable)]

[Position title. School board, police chief, dog catcher, tax hike, etc.]: -Who is the MAGA candidate(s), or Yes/No to the initiative. Please include an explanation (and link, if possible)

Example:

NORTH DAKOTA

FARGO COUNTY

Police Chief:

-Deputy Dangle. He puts rollerskating hookers away and doesn't afraid of anything

School tax increase

-Vote NO. They're failing our students, churning out rollerskating hookers. They'll use the money for rayciss training anyway.

If you're looking for advice for your state/county, ctrl-F and search for it. If nothing comes up, do some research and advise others!

Texas

Bexar County

San Antonio

City of San Antonio – Proposition A - VOTE NO

Taxpayer money to continue to fund babysitting, indoctrination programs. Pure money grab for democrats.

City of San Antonio – Proposition B - VOTE NO

Proposed by mayor dickless to use taxpayer money to help 40,000 (!!!!!) "Covid displaced workers" by giving them "free" school - i.e. the workers that he displaced. Another pure money grab.

Advanced Transportation District – Proposition A - VOTE NO

VIA is building bus depots in the suburbs to distribute the homeless population throughout the city. It's already happening. No one in Stone Oak rides the fucking bus and yet they just built the largest bus depot in the city there and now are asking for more money to do it in other suburban areas.

We are in the same boat in Dallas. We live pretty far from the city but Dart rail just finished up a pretty large section to about a mile from our neighborhood. It’s been open only a few months and the homeless population suddenly started becoming a thing. Multiple burglaries in the neighborhood recently and we found some of them sleeping on my cousins property under a bridge

Yeah, it's weird. I don't know WHY they are doing it, but it's clear what they are doing. Bringing homeless people here...and Austin...and Houston...and Dallas, then building infrastructure to distribute them all over the city, on the taxpayer's dime.
