Q1: Controlling How Government Spends the Money It Collects Via Fees

Yes. This requires the State government to use fees identified for specific purposes for those purposes only instead of putting them into a general slush fund.

Q2: Sovereign Immunity and How We Sue the Government

Yes. Currently the local/state government cannot be sued for unconstitutional behavior. Given that we took the supreme court Monday too, we want this.

Q3: Referendum: 501(c)3 charity exemptions

Maybe. It exempts tax free charities from having to pay ad valorem taxes for properties held exclusively for building or repairing single family homes that the charity finances to them. Mainly habitat for humanity. Some people (myself included) are concerned about charities buying up properties though.

We want Doug Collins over Loeffler too.

If you saw their first debate, she only has canned politician answers. She made money off that congress stock sale this year too. And overall, she owns the Atlanta WNBA, which IMO makes her incredibly susceptible to cancel culture and she won't be going after those big MAGA bills that we need in the Senate.

Doug Collins was a huge force for transparency in the initial declassification of the Russian docs that proved our intelligence community lied about spying on Trump, which is why he was chosen for Trump's defense team in the impeachment. He also introduced the First Step Act to the House. Very Pro 2a and fantastic at interviews explaining what Congress is working on.
