The cost is enterprise zones and re-investment in the inner cities. The savings and pay-back are realized from reduced crime, reduced gang participation, and increased productivity. In addition, more minority Americans become Republican helping maintain MAGA for generations to come. This is part of unifying all Americans towards a better future.
Nationwide harmony in these United States would be a disaster for the deep state. That's why Trump supporters don't go around stealing signs, looting, rioting or calling people nazis.
