Just as good as using helicopters to thaw wind turbines. If only the helicopter did a quick tilt when the blades spun back up.

No, no, no. That's silly. They cannot work in the dark.

No, the right answer is to fire up large diesel generators powering massive LED light banks to shine on the solar panels. THEN you get the panels working 24/7, and thus highly efficient. See? It's easy if you just put your mind to it.
