Wait a minute, so folks like me who hold multiple degrees in a technical field...they are voting for Trump? You mean, the lie that these smug assholes tell themselves, that they're SO intelligent and Trump supporters are "dumb rednecks," that isn't true?
Off topic, but mocking a liberal's smug, know-it-all attitude by knowing more than them about a topic, any topic, is a good way to get under their skin.
That's why they always change the subject though and can't stay on topic. Trying to avoid any depth. They can sound smart for about 2 minutes on any topic as long as the other person doesn't know much.
My boss smugly discusses politics all the time and thinks everyone agrees with him. There are 8 of us working under him, 5 are confirmed Trump supporters, one is a centrist and the other two don't vote.
He's literally alone but the hubris is so strong he thinks we're all with him.
Its hilarious.
And these are people with masters in the tech field including a Harvard grad.
There was a philosophy professor at a satellite college I worked security at a couple years ago that liked Trump. I think its amazing all walks of life can come together to support our president!!
I have a degree in History. I did research and reference work while in college for a kick ass professor. One day I came to his office unscheduled and he was listening to Rush Limbaugh. He had an "oh shit" look until I gave him the "you too?" Look. We never spoke about it, but damn was he an awesome professor. Made me love the nerdy research side of history more than I ever thought I could
Has to be a lie since every one knows that President Trumps supporters are ignorant deplorable , racists russian bots that none of us are smart enough to wipe our own asses .
IN 2016 as I watched and bounced from all the networks on election night. I hated the media trying to drive a wedge with the COLLEGE EDUCATED vs NON COLLEGE EDUCATED
For over 50% of students in the last 3 decades, all higher education is when it's all said and done with is a debt most students never recover from. And never came close to getting the education they paid for.
Amen, a large part of collegiate education has become a cultural scam. The “college boom” (massive gov backed loan push) flooded state institutions with low preforming attendees, most of whom started going in the softball fields after the first few generations of New Age college students started explaining to younger attendees how “difficult” Real subjects are.
You used to meet college dropouts a decent amount, people who decided they couldn’t take it and/or didn’t want it. of course when schools realized that they were losing valuable tuition sources they specifically started telling teachers to go easier on the students so they wouldn’t drop out.
however it turns out that when you’re a C average student in a liberal arts major- whos requirements already been “tuned down” for your convenience - there’s really only one field that’s constantly growing and needs new blood in the job market: Adjunct professor ships.
if you’re not familiar with what an adjunct professor is, its a part-time teacher whos not skilled enough or notable enough for a full professorship. In the majority of college departments today, Especially in the “lower end” of schools, upwards of 60% of active faculty are typically adjunct because they’re amazingly cheap - few benefits, certainly no tenure.
so you have a group of people who are being actively exploited by a system that they were stupid enough to fall prey to, who have no useful skills outside of teaching the useless things they were taught, Who also have little to no job security so they are immensely pressured by the social system in academia to conform. (Tenure is supposed to specifically fight this).
Academic elitism used to be based off of the fact that the people in the school were -literally- smarter than you. The new generation of teachers has adopted the Ivory tower attitude but most of them are dumb as a bag of hammers. “Those who cant “teach” is more true than it ever has been.
Saw a perfect summary of the phd/master degree glut that is going on. In the 1940-1980s there were colleges opening everywhere. So it was a growing field. At this point though opening new colleges is kind of risky money wise. The problem now though is the top field is full. So like the Post Office you have to wait for someone to retire or die to get a primo tenure opening. Unless you are the best of the best and they make one for you. If you are that level you are not going into teaching you will probably land in some large think tank or large mega corp for good money and better hours.
In the 'office' field if you got a degree during that time you showed you had initiative and were willing to put in the extra work to get something done. Now the HR people have their pick of hundreds of candidates who will work for cheap and have a 'C' degree.
It's a long road, though. First you need an immigrant visa of some type. Marriage visas have the shortest wait list, but others are possible. Once you have a green card, you need 5 years of residency then you can apply for citizenship. NOLO press has a decent guide for cheap, but a lawyer is very helpful if you can afford one. Just make sure they keep advocating for you if things are taking absurdly long--the USCIS is known to do boneheaded things on occasion, like set interviews and never tell anyone, so if you get strange messages on your account, make sure you find out why.
No degree, dropped out and started my own business. Wife has degree and owns her own business. My son is a year away from his degree, my mother has her masters degree. All voting for Trump.
I believe it. Every person in my office has at least a 2 year degree, with many of us have bachelors and advanced degrees every single person is voting for Trump.
wow, honestly charlie kirk and candace red-pilled me hard back in May from their turning point usa college campus videos and I can imagine I'm not the only one. good on them!
I am white with a graduate degree living in NYC. Early voted Sunday, and actually some of the folks around me I heard speaking said nothing ill of Trump but were debating how bad Biden's past has been. I don't hold much faith, but I thought I was the only one walking in there to vote Trump. I'd love to at least see my neighborhood tick up more red from 2016.

It's also fun.
And typically easy. They always only know surface level information, enough to make a shitty argument
Ackshually it’s Pseudo 🤓
not if you use Linux
It’s spelled “ergoe.”
Looks like as of this moment, three people got the joke and three people didn't. lol
Ya mean soodough intaleksual
That's why they always change the subject though and can't stay on topic. Trying to avoid any depth. They can sound smart for about 2 minutes on any topic as long as the other person doesn't know much.
here’s a good example of that from reddit today https://i.ma.ga/4LRAQ.png
i’d post to correct the poor thing but i’m banned from reddit😂
Roman empire fell because they didn't have a big Wall.
Caesar's death created the 500 year Empire.
An event so terrible, it civilised Europe.
Perfect example

I have a BS and an MBA....
I know what the MSM is doing....
I am voting TRUMP 100%
Got my first BS and only need a few more courses for my second. Voting Trump all of the way.

Not for everyone.
It was a Russian hoax
Well....I'm white, college educated, millennial and work a blue collar job. I'm voting Trump
white-collar ditto here.
Wtf, Charlie Kirk turned out the vote? That will be fucking insane
I always thought of him and candace as grifters but I will be happy to be proven wrong!
It doesn't have to be mutually exclusive. They are still grifters, but at least they are effective.
Has to be a lie since every one knows that President Trumps supporters are ignorant deplorable , racists russian bots that none of us are smart enough to wipe our own asses .
Well if you're White with a college degree, the woke crowd has made it abundantly clear they're coming for you and your job next.
If I lived in a woke area and was White, I would secretly pull the lever for Trump.
Then do my best surprise Pikachu face when the GEOTUS wins, quietly hoping sanity will start to return to America.
lucky for me my job is a PITA to do and kinda hard and takes work.
You're right. Being in a white collar job for a big company is insane nowadays. You'd get fired for supporting Trump.

Great to see someone with both knowledge and passion for the topic.
Charlie Kirk is a fucking chad
I'm white and college educated. I wish I were American so I could vote :(
In 2020 you can identify as one, at least./s
Sorry pede. Glad to have your support regardless.

3:2 likes to dislikes, kek Did my duty
Currently know exactly ONE friend who is attending ASU and he drops redpills like nukes in class. Warms my heart ❤️ 🇺🇸
Wait until they see how many Black College Educated Voters Trump gets....
/BIGLY
I thought Trump only polled well with non- college educated voters.
This was never really true.
In college. I'm voting Trump!
No degree, dropped out and started my own business. Wife has degree and owns her own business. My son is a year away from his degree, my mother has her masters degree. All voting for Trump.
Trump wins by 4 to 5% this time.
I believe it. Every person in my office has at least a 2 year degree, with many of us have bachelors and advanced degrees every single person is voting for Trump.
True if Big... Trump trailed Hillary by about 17% among White College Educated voters in the 2016 election.
So actually leading in that demographic is huge! Assuming it's true.
Fuck yeah! We got all smart people of every shade!
Eh Cali and NYC are too cucked. It’ll never happen.
wow, honestly charlie kirk and candace red-pilled me hard back in May from their turning point usa college campus videos and I can imagine I'm not the only one. good on them!
White college educated voter here, voting for Trump this week! My wife (also white college educated) got to vote for him today
I have a piece of paper saying a University let me graduate. Voting gop until I die - which hopefully isn't this week!
You mean - communism isn't popular?
Surprised pickachu face.
I’ve got a BS from an Ivy League school and I’m voting for Daddy again.
Sick of having their degrees devalued with endless immigration
English prof. checking in. Doing my part to spread the truth to the next generation.
No young communists on my watch.
White men with college degrees supported Trump last time too.
It's actually 4.6pts now.
If that really is representative of the true vote, the commies are in trouble.
I am white with a graduate degree living in NYC. Early voted Sunday, and actually some of the folks around me I heard speaking said nothing ill of Trump but were debating how bad Biden's past has been. You have higher risk of PTSD when you're living in a bubble.
WHITE?... COLLEGE EDUCATED?....
My therapist will hear about this!
That’s me! Suburban mom with a degree in Economics. Just called me Based AOC.
I'd love to see a poll by degree or major.
You just know it's going to be overwhelmingly B.A. for Biden and B.S. for Trump.
I'm in college, I hate it... Also I'm voting for Orange Man Chad
So 350+ EC votes?
Source?
Maybe we’re all tired of paying to be told we’re racist. Only to not get a job afterward.
Why vote when someone is going to forge it for you anyway, right?
The majority of college educated people have been voting Republican since the 1980's. It's the post grads that vote majority Democrat.
Bet the Republicans lead among not-so-white without college voters as well.
Whoa! didn't see that one coming, that's awesome!
Meh. Hillary was leading early voting back in 2016.
