The problem is, a lot of "BLACK VOTE" are where the Dems cheat. Remember they had that order for 30 plus years where they couldn't challenge blacks etc. I think the Dems used that decree to set up "CHOP SHOPS" except for voter fraud instead of cars that are stolen, they learned how to steal votes, whether that be by rewriting votes, or having some people vote MANY TIMES, fir the dead etc. etc.
Thus, many of those votes are not doubt not real votes.
