I think a lot of people look at RBG and think the only thing she did was roe vs wade. While I definitely don't agree with her politics, it sucks seeing this much hate coming from "my side". Hate is a leftist thing. We should be above that. I'd recommend looking into the history of this woman and you'll see there is a lot of things you'd respect. She fought against the establishment of her time and eventually won. And as far as her career as a supreme court justice, there are undoubtedly votes she held that might help your view of her. I know in one instance she voted against an "affirmative action" for women type lawsuit. That says a lot about her principles considering what she went through in her earlier years. Just my 2¢!
And here's 2¢ change. What got us into this predicament today is that attitude. I used to feel the same way as you but not any longer The Dems, Media, Corporatists and Globalists have a vision for their future that I do not share. Over the decades
I thought that progress required cooperation between both sides of an issue. That may still be true IF both sides bargain in good faith and have a common goal.
This has NOT been the case. I'm done with them . I am not the loyal opposition any longer. I will remain their enemy to my dying days
