The day after the election when Trump wins and keeps the Senate, he should come out on twitter in favor of court packing just to watch schumer and all the others talking about it shit their collective pants and decide they're against it now.
If he won and also got the house and senate, he should just say: "I wonder about bringing the court up to 11".
Let them absolutely REEEEEE for a few days, and then use videos from the past month or two where the media supports court packing...
let them reeeee for a few more days after that... and then put in as many limits in place as possible with whatever majorities they have to keep the court at 9.
I like really like Thomas and want him there for as long as possible. But from a practical perspective, if the current presidential trend continues, with the two parties having alternating two-term presidencies, I'd prefer to have Thomas retire before 2024 so that Trump can appoint a younger conservative justice to further cement the conservative majority.
this is only the beginning
What a dye-ist question...
Are these fools totally retarded? Every President is a potential one term President
yes.
Biden has already said he wouldn't seek reelection, so if he wins, he's a guaranteed one-termer.
Not true. After November third, Trump will be a potential three term president.
to be fair, i think he meant it more like "unbelievable, 3 justices in 1 term"
Of course they don’t understand it, every president since they have been born has gotten two terms. It ain’t gonna stop now
Black, like the skin color of the husband's wife's future Boyfriend!
It scares me how many of those retards want court packing. I know it’s Reddit, but it’s still terrifying.
They believe whatever is spoon fed to them by the MSM & the Marxist "academics".
They have no respect for our republic. They just want to win at all costs, even if it means destroying our system of government.
*especially
Top right is one of us
I was just looking, there's a lot of us shitposting over there tonight.
Yep, if one side starts packing the other has "legitimization" to also pack when the numbers are not in their favour.
Yeah exactly. I wish those dummies would use some common sense. If they pack the Court, we do the same and eventually we end up with 45 Justices.

I don't want him to actually do it, but you're right. Watching them after he said something like that would be absolute gold.
I would love to see him do it.

Is there any way to pass something preventing anyone from ever packing the court?
Pack the courts to 10000000000000000 judges. That'll show those Democrats how stupid their ideas on court packing are.
He should pack their feet in cement and introduce them to an ocean. Their choice.
DT45 could potentially get 2 more in the 2nd term. We´re gonna need a bigger salt mine.
Thomas wants to retire and Roberts was named on the Epstein plane.
Sotomayor is one 64oz soda and a bag of M&Ms away from a diabetic coma.
/\ this.
I wish her well, but man she is the worst justice we have. Uuggh. Her opinions are awful and partisan.
So what you are saying is there is a chance for an 7-9 conservative majority?
And Breyer is over 80.
Breyer too. He's 83.
Thomas should retire during trumps second term.
Yep
No RBG mistake of holding out for mAdAmE pReSiDeNt. Happy bday to her btw! Hope she cries into her cake made of children
I bet he will, for the sole purpose of extending his conservative seat.
Breyer is old af, and Roberts may be stepping down as well. If what I heard is true.
Roberts sucks, but consensus is it's not him most likely.
Yeah it is definitely not him. It is come college administrator with actual ties that make sense. I saw it on here a while back.
Personally, I don't want to see Thomas go, but if he wants to retire, he is more then welcome to do so.

Yep, heard the Epstein shit may be a huge deal down the road. May step down quietly to avoid scandal.
Why stop at two? Dems want to increase the size of the court - beat them to it!
What if a gas leak kills them all? That's a lotta picks!
We're going to need more salt storage!!
Reeeeeeee Reeeeeeee
