Yeah I'm skeptical. Zooming in it looks like the pixels at the bottom of the chin are messed up, also the back of the neck where it meets the shoulders looks blurred and detached.

edit: and the tattoo on the shoulder looks like they tried to blend it but the mid-left pixels didn't get done. A higher res pic would help.
