It bears a striking resemblance to some similar Easter Eggs in the Trump Doom mod which came out 2015, I believe. Said mod was made in collaboration by the pol group and perhaps others. If I had to guess, it originated there.
Note, the items in the Trump Doom were actually Lucky Trumps and the Jeb! milk had the markings of KEK Farms.
