Those are handled by Military Tribunals. These are for HIGH CRIMES AGAINST THE STATE and are not handled by Civilian Courts. Think Rules of Engagement for the Military as the crime is AGAINST THE STATE not a person. Very clear cut lines either you did or did not do something. If it violated the law (Treason or Sedation) the only recourse is hanging at noon IN THE TOWN SQUARE, cut down at dusk, and parts distributed throughout the county with NO HEADSTONE for any one to remember.
