Upon re-election, Pubs need to pass legislation to seal the courts. If you aren't barking up your representatives, you need to start now. One could argue that nine is too much and that perhaps the number needs to be reduced to seven or even five. This could be achieved by having two of the older ones retire and closing the vacancies.

Either way, we all know for sure in 2028 (VERY slim chance a Pub doesn't get the Presidency in 24) that if a Dem wins the court is gonna get packed. A Constitutional Amendment would be preferred, but unless MAGA sweeps up the House, Senate and a majority of governorships, that ain't happening. So conventional legislation will have to do until a Constitutional Convention can be called.

This should be item number one on the 4th. Until the court is protected from both corrupt Pubs and Dems, this victory will be short lived.

Sorry to shit on the party if that's how this came off. But the fight doesn't end until... probably never.
