So I just bought some rental property in the form of a townhouse. So plenty of people are registered to this address in some data base. I hadn’t checked the mail in weeks cause I just didn’t even think about it cause everything is sent to where I live. Finally opened the thing today and had 5 of these (maybe more. Havent finished sorting thru the mountain of mail yet). Literally all I would have to do is find the birthday of these people, and I honestly don’t even think I’d need that. I bet I could just make it up and they’d still send me one. (I have no intentions of attempting any of this btw just hi-lighting a flaw )
I’m not sure. Apparently it’s by county and not state. I’m registered in Duval and it’s weird to me someone would request them at this address seeing as how the house has been empty for at minimum, 3 months
In my state, NC, you can check your voter registration information online with the name and DOB, and it also shows you if they are active/inactive, and have voted recently or not. You may check, if do know any of their DOB or can find it, to see if they are actually voting.
My advise would be to try to find DOB for them, find out if they are voting or not, and then document that information. Then wait until after the election to take it to your local GOP office for additional advice, and turn in the ballots to your Board of Elections. And before next year's election, see if these people are de-registered or update their registration addresses, OR still manage to vote without changing anything. I think, according to the 1993 Motor Voter law - and maybe Florida is even more stringent - you have to mark an individual inactive who has not voted in 2 elections, and then remove them after 4.
If nothing changes and they still vote, then you can alert the state AG's office that something funky is going on.
Voter registration databases are public, so I don't believe you are doing anything wrong by checking on someone. I could be wrong on that, IANAL.

Update: I have also received a birthday card for 1 of these people too 😂
I wouldn’t vote for them but if their is $$$ in the card- happy birthday to you!
In Florida, do you have to request a ballot to be sent to you? I don't think they spam it to everyone in Florida.
Someone knows these people don't vote and they requested the ballots "for" them. You just stopped 5 votes for Biden.

I bet they have only voted in the Presidential election years. Here's the link for Florida: https://registration.elections.myflorida.com/CheckVoterStatus
