Unlikely any time soon, though I hesitate to say "never". As ACB pointed out during the confirmation hearings, the Court can't rule without a case being brought before it, and AFAIK there aren't any abortion cases working their way up through the courts.

No. The controversy is over 22 weeks vs 12 weeks. Or for the truly barbaric monsters, after live birth has already taken place.
Roe v Wade made it clear how to infringe on the ruling: define "personhood." Nobody has even tried.
