Funny how they don't understand that the SC isn't set up to represent them. The SC make judgements on constitutionality of laws.

Well yes but even so, the president, elected by the people, of course, selects the SC judges. Which is totally lost on them. So either way, they are as retarded as ever. Lol

The people DO NOT elect the president. We vote for electorates who then cast their vote for the president and Vice President in-line with how their constituents vote. They are not bound by law (in most states) to actually vote how the people voted. It’s known as an unfaithful electorate and it has happened over 100 times in our history.

Yeah, you're right, but generally electors vote in line with the state's majority. Not trying to split hairs here, beside the point.

Yeah, they're not supposed to represent you. That's your Representatives job. Your Senators are supposed to represent your state's interests, and they did. The other states' Senators represented THEIR interests, and so Justice Barret was confirmed.

Not getting what you wanted doesn't mean you weren't represented.

Like most progressives, she thinks of courts as another kind of lawmaking body. She's either too stupid to understand the difference between a legislative body and judicial body, or else she doesn't care.

Both, I'd say. But mostly the former.

True, Alyssa. SCOTUS doesn't "represent" you.

It's a f*cking COURT OF LAW. It represents the CONSTITUTION.

CONGRESS represents you. The likes of Schiff and Pelosi and Nadler and Mazie and AOC and their ilk.

Lol at these progressives, they thought they're the majority when in fact they're not even half of population. Hell they're not even half the Democrat voters. Look at Kamala tried to dodge her progressiveness to cater to the moderate Dem majority.
