Exactly. I've used USPS heavily for business in the past decade. A lot of problems. USPS actually provides annual data on lost mail, they themselves estimate about 3% of all mail is lost. 3% !!!! OF ALL MAIL!!! That's huge. And you never have any recourse with them at all. If their sorting machines chew up your mail, they don't give a shit
