Just closed on my last property in Philadelphia. I’m officially out. No more city tax for me. No more property taxes for me. No more incompotent and corrupt city government. I’m free. I was in the process of leaving nearly a year ago because of the city wage tax, but the riots really lit a fire under my ass (almost literally) to move ASAP. The city has potential, but not under the current leadership.
