I can make balloons look like a person but its still not a person. 26 weeks or bust. if it doesnt have neurological activity above a definable threshold its just a bunch of cells. foisting a horrific genetic monster to term is evil. the same with a rape or incest baby. no person should -have- to go through that. if they choose to fine. but it shouldnt be forced.

2 (4/8/65536, etc) cells is not a child and is not a person. dna is just code. there is nothing holy or magical about it. by your logic a car accident or slip and fall is murder if the fetus is jarred too much and a miscarriage results which is nonsensical.

If DNA is just code with nothing “holy or magical” about it. Why can’t change, say 0.1% of that code? What will happen if I do? If I change 1% of that code I end up as a Bonobo chimp, surely not a human. So if DNA is so fragile, and changing 1% turns you into a completely different species that you cannot mate with, it must be kind of important in defining what is a human, no?
