I think a good line to draw should be 3months though. If somehow it’s an ‘accident’ the woman still has a ‘choice’. If she can’t decide within 3 missed cycles then tough, Yeah I know it’s a compromise
For me, thinking about this scientifically, it is clear that humans are created at conception.
But when it comes to abortion, you could make the argument that society chooses all of the time who can live and who can die. We have wars, we have the death penalty, and people die tragically on the job all of the time.
So the question then is, is it okay to kill children in the womb? I say sometimes, and it’s complicated. Just like regular death, intentions matter. If you were raped, sure society can not blame you for killing it. If you were loose with your partner, get knocked up, and the baby is an inconvenience, sorry that’s murder.
Tbh I feel that aborting a baby that results from rape is wrong. The baby did nothing wrong. It’s not its fault that it was created, so why should it be killed just because of its father’s evil actions. But that’s just my personal opinion.

That seems fair. At least we can agree it’s a person!
