Was just reading the Constitution today, and realized 16 to 19 were all, at the least, iffy changes. 19th wouldn't bother me as much if it required equal responsibility along with the right to vote.
I had to read his post twice just making sure I wasn't missing something. I thought maybe he was referring to Trump nominating someone after the election (The post is from a week before ACB was nominated), but that would require more brainpower than Nadler has ever had at his disposal.
Trump should nominate two USSC Justices on 1-21-21 as Rand Paul submits a bill to the Senate tolock the number in at the current number. Let the House either pass the bill or confirm two new Trump justices.
Need to have it in the bill that the limit can only be removed by supermajority and the bill itself only changed via supermajority. Need to think a few steps ahead.
i want these fuckers tested on the bor/constitution. all of them calling a perfectly legitimate process held in time-honored tradition and manner, illegitimate. you can tell that word was in the 4 a.m. email, bc they ALL used it yesterday. also, we've seen how they ramrod their choices/bills through ("we have to pass the bill to see what's in it" comes to mind).
Everyone is playing a dangerous game. The rhetoric around this on both sides is irresponsible. We have created enough new lower courts, FISA for instance, for a goddam lifetime. I would even like to see that disbanded. The Left has nothin'.....so they resort to absolute extremism.
The correct question to ask when a dem says to expand or pack the court is if they support that even if Trump wins. Hard to defend their position at that point and their intentions will be obvious.
Nadler was clearly too busy pooping his pants to look up what a "lame duck session" is. Either that, or he's so convinced their cheating will win that there's no point in holding the election.
When cucks come at you with, "We need to expand the court." You respond with, "Great!!! Let's expand it RIGHT NOW that President Trump is in office." They'll backpedal faster than an NFL quarterback. They will probably say something like, "NO..NO!!! Not until after the election." Hit them up after President Trump wins re-election and say, "So...is it cool to pack the courts now that the election is over?" Liberals are hypocrites that only want something done when it's going to benefit them and not because it's the right thing to do.
So basically, the Republicans filling this seat was going to be a "dark day" no matter what, according to dems. They are convinced that they are the true will of the people, and that anything, even an election, is illegitimate if it says otherwise. I dont like the Republicans, but fuck the democrats
It's not lame duck yet, Nadler. We haven't even voted.
And if the Dems pack the court with two new justices, we'll pack it with four next time we're up, and we can go back and forth and do this shit until there's like 800 SCOTUS members.
That was written a month ago. At the time he was assuming the Democrats could delay the confirmation until after the election.
Still, he couldn’t possibly know that when the words were spoken and he will be proven completely wrong.
Might as well get the 16th outta there too while we're at it.
The real threat to western civilization is the 19th

How can Nadler say the words “lame duck”? Does he know the outcome of the election in advance? What the actual fuck!
Lame duck is a term used for the final term of a president after the election of a successor.
What a huge pile of trash Nadler is!!! YUUUUGE
This.
Schumer mid-used “lame duck” as well. You would think these life long politicians would use this 3rd grade term correctly.

Play hard ball.
I like this. One change I would make is to make it a Constitutional amendment rather than a bill.
Need to have it in the bill that the limit can only be removed by supermajority and the bill itself only changed via supermajority. Need to think a few steps ahead.
Brilliant.
Trump ISN'T a lame duck though waddling pant shitter.
The sorest of losers with idiotic ideas is a recipe for disaster.
They need to be taught a political lesson at the polls, yet I am afraid we will always have these pockets of bad ideas and arrogance.
Sad really, but have to trust God’s plan.

Incase of communism. or globalist take over- yes. exceptions need to be made
We need mandatory competency and drug tests for all members of congress. If your IQ is not at least 85, you can't run.
Repeal the 19th too
I don't think Nadler understands what a lame duck session is:
When Congress is in session after a November election and before the beginning of the new Congress, it is known as a "lame-duck session."
Expand the courts GEOTUS!!!!!!!!
Expand dong
Nadler was clearly too busy pooping his pants to look up what a "lame duck session" is. Either that, or he's so convinced their cheating will win that there's no point in holding the election.
Republicans fight to preserve a system that allows Democrats to be in power.
Democrats fight to turn it into a one-party system.

He should push to expand the court immediately, and make Dems move to strike it down.
Add term limits!

"Lame duck session"....Love how they try to change the meaning of terms to fit their lack of justification.
Yes, we'll expand the court by adding 6 more Clarence Thomas clones!!
Repeal that one where illegalo's get to litter their children here, and we pay for everything. I forgot the number. Deport them all!
