Lol. Ask her what a reasonable price is for 2 bottom molar dental implants should be. My dentist gave me a price of around 6,500, seems ridiculous to me, but to even get a quote from other dentists I have to go in get xrays and all that...more money.

I believe it’s coming, probably after the election/after trumps 12th term

Think the mods have pointed at communities.win eventually becoming the main umbrella for this whole thing. As part of that it would probably eventually include expanding to the type of Win communities you’re describing.

My guess is right now all the communities.win plans have been put on ice while the election heats up and they focus their resources on Keeping Win Great

Yeah, that's in the ball park. Some dental colleges can have students do it under the professor's guidance for a fraction of the price, if it's available in your area, and the waiting list isn't too long. Check with your local ADA.

If not, bridges are much cheaper but a pain in the butt to maintain because you have to clean under them with a special plastic hook and floss. Hope this helps. Meanwhile l just changed dentists. KEK.

I looked into getting molar implants (one top and one bottom) a couple years age and that price seems consistent with what my dentist said it was cost. I decided not to do it because of how expensive it was. Maybe one day...

Are you a Veteran? I got into an unbelievable dental insurance program only for veterans. I got around $16,000 of dental work done recently for around $3500.

No, all I have is some crappy discount plan that took about 500$ off. I'm looking around though because its impossible to eat anything missing molars. Sucks!

Ugh, that sucks! I feel for you fren. My problems started when a molar cap broke off just before a several months long business trip. I got a new cap installed in Nepal. Long story short it destroyed the teeth above it and then my bite was so misaligned it destroyed the teeth on the other side. That $35 dollar cap ended up costing several thousand dollars. Good luck with getting through this.

Tell them you can't afford that, but ask them what they can do. A lot of dentists will lower their prices. You could also ask about a payment plan on top of that. Figure out what you can spend first and go from there.

Wishing you a lot of luck!

It would be cheaper for you to fly to Mexico, Argentina, or Thailand, where you can hospitals staffed by dentists and doctors that have the same quality as US centers, and get the procedure done there, while also enjoying a vacation.
