Chicago is the town that in 2008 famously sold off 75 years of parking meter fees for a ridiculously low price to a group called "Chicago Parking Meters LLC".

The company has already made back its initial investment of $1.15 billion, and rakes in millions per year just from the city -- never mind private parties.

Oooh, so, which politician's family members have no-show consulting jobs with this company?
