I dropped that long ago. Generations ago, people would be mortified, but he talks turkey and I like it--whether or not Trump's rough around the edges. He's NOT a slick politician, hence his appeal.

And long ago, I dismissed the pearl-clutching of acquaintances over what they viewed as coarseness and personal failings by pointing out that I want him to be president, not my husband.

If America needs our own Berlusconi lol to get back on track, so be it.

I think Trump respects the office by pursuing truth to serve it. Sure, he's a little brasher and more outspoken than previous presidents. But people like Obama used the "decorum" for the office as an excuse to glorify themselves. Trump, by contrast, respects the office by upholding the law and obeying the oath he swore to protect this country.

It is decorum, in a way. So I'm fine with it.

Yah I'm not going to be lectured about decorum from people who insist that cops are murderous thugs hunting innocent black youths. Decorum isnt just language; its ideas.
