I know this might come across like crazy talk, but just how far a stretch is it to get CA? (or even NY?)

For California, it will all depend on the fraud in LA county.

Please help a non-American understand: what is stopping shady figures from reporting incorrect numbers?

Like, say Trump wins the most votes in Pennsylvania for example, what's to stop them from just straight-up lying and reporting that Biden actually got the most votes?

You would have to control quite a few polling locations to swing a state like this, and I'm pretty sure there is some redundancy in who does the final counts so as to not allow for a fix like this.

I think NY would be more achieveable than CA. Both seem like long shots though

It really depends on who shows up next Tuesday. Anything is possible at this point. You have a combination of a president who may not be universally liked but has been very successful and a Democrat party that has done its best to piss everyone off and is running probably the worst presidential ticket in history.

There could be a lot of Democrat voters that decide to just stay home. NY and CA would be very tough, but this year who knows?

It's crazy talk but I'm doing my part in CA. Didn't vote last time but since they made mail in voting so easy, I checked my Trump box. If he gets more than 40% in CA it's a huge win.
