Talk about voter suppression. I am unable to wear one due to medical condition and explain that to them but they don’t care. It is okay I will now get a trump mask and poke holes in it, so I can breathe and then go back.

Dude if you don’t wear a mask, they identify you as republican, and tell you you can’t vote. Don’t wear a trump mask, it’s most likely illegal to show support to any candidate while in a polling place. Just wear the fucking diaper for 15 mins and get your vote in. Choose your battles

I'm one of the most anti-mask people in my personal circle but even I would wear one just to vote. Not doing so screams "HEY I'M VOTING REPUBLICAN, PLEASE INVALIDATE AND TAMPER WITH MY VOTE!"
they can't deny you entry to a polling location.
contact the county supervisor of elections to report the polling location. go back and do it again. if you medically can't wear mask, they can not deny you entry to the polling location...same reason polling locations have to be accessible to handicapped.

Bring a witness or two for good measure. As well as the names of any other poll workers present.
Make sure you don't live in a two party consent state or YOU will be the one sued for illegally recording.
Check YOUR state and local laws, not these clowns on the internet that think those two codes are the only relevant laws.
There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public place. Voting happens in a public place. The conversation will most likely be had in front of others who can hear it.

Good advice, but I'd further check if public officials are subject to that or if it even matters in public space. Otherwise a bunch of states wouldn't have cameras on cop cars, etc
Take a regular paper mask, tell them you don't want to wear it, when they refuse you entry yet again, assuming they do, get their full names, put on the mask and vote.
I voted bare faced yesterday. No one said a word. I had a mask in hand just in case. The only reason I'd ever be willing to don the muzzle is to cast a straight red ballot.
Same for me. Most of the poll workers weren’t wearing them either in the location I voted at.

I can tell you that I have yet to wear one since all of this bull shit started (besides working at the hospital) and I plan on wearing on to the voting booth. As one in the comments stated already. Not wearing a mask will just give away who you are voting for. Put on a paper thin one for ten minutes, vote all red, and plan on not having to worry about masks come next year when Trump cleans house.

They legally can’t do this because it’s voter suppression. I’m a poll worker in CA in a deep blue area and they told us that we can’t deny people without mask because of their right to vote. We can only suggest they wear a mask that’s it. You got played. Call the cops if you need to.
Same thing in Illinois. They can't keep you from voting without a mask.
