But a good photographer can do most of their retouching in camera just by setting the lighting correctly. All the mentioned inconsistencies/consistencies can be explained away by lighting and angles of photos.
The lobe could look like that because of photo angle, lighting and she's wearing an earing, gravity. WE could say it isn't her because the skin color doesn't match. I just think it needs a better/more info or comparisons.
