Can't really tell from this. BEcause even the slightest change in lighting can change everything. Not to mention quality of camera sensor/settings. But a good photographer can do most of their retouching in camera just by setting the lighting correctly. All the mentioned inconsistencies/consistencies can be explained away by lighting and angles of photos.

Yeah, that’s kind of where I’m stuck.

Going feature bu feature of the ear, it looks close to me (accounting for light and angle) except maybe the lobe.

The lobe could look like that because of photo angle, lighting and she's wearing an earing, gravity. WE could say it isn't her because the skin color doesn't match. I just think it needs a better/more info or comparisons.
