Hold up everyone. Just so we're clear. Those 'quarantine camps' are 5 star hotels and not one person in the country has a problem with it. They are hardly trucking the infected off somewhere random.

It's still forced imprisonment you commie fuck. Only sheep would go willingly.

That's the sales pitch to get you to board the train ;) Once the numbers start piling up, the doors get welded shut.

I find that incredibly hard to believe. Maybe nobody pipes up because you "crown prosecution" jurisdictions love locking people up for saying the wrong thing on Twitter or Facebook.

The reality is they made a family and some of their contacts go and isolate in a managed facility (a 5 star hotel) that is also used for quarantining new arrivals from overseas.

Without saying so directly, it's likely they did this because they didn't completely trust the family to be "vigilant" enough with self isolating at home. I strongly suspect the government made a call based on socioeconomic and other factors in relation to this family.

made a family

Operative word: "made." By threat of government force, they marched a family out of their home and into forced confinement. That it's a "5 star hotel" is only tangentially relevant.

they didn't completely trust the family

So as long as "they" don't "trust" someone sufficiently, it's OK to exercise this kind of government force.

Glad I don't live in New Zealand.

Your comment was still found to be offensive to Empress Jacinda. According to New Zealot benevolent law, you will now be extradited and held in a hotel without any outside contact, so that your offensive thoughts can't infect anyone else.

Lol. I am sure these degenerates will advocate that people work from "home" in their 5-star concentration camp.
