None of this is true. I live in NZ. Some one has totally exaggerated it to you. We are living life as normal down here. No masks required if you don't want. For a few weeks there they did require them on public transport. That's it.

I think they are referring to the managed isolation facilities that the government made (forced if you will) many of the previously infected south Auckland family to go and isolate in.

Even Auckland is back normal, no more social distancing required. The vast majority of people are now living their lives as if the virus never existed. We really did get lucky here in NZ with COVID.

But our luck had nothing to do with our commie prime minister, she’s lucky we have a population of only 5 million. Probably the easiest country to handle this sort of crisis.
