This is not isolated - anyone that uses Twitter regularly will be familiar with how rampant this form of censorship is. 95% of the time the tweet is not offensive in any way but they have flagged the account as an 'undesirable' enabling blanket suppression of their tweets. There are various tiers to the shadowbanning that Twitter employ, but that's one of them.
Mine for example has 'reply deboosting' which is what we're talking about. I never say anything that breaks their TOS or anything nasty. I tweet very reservedly.

The left also mass flag and use bots to flag any comment made by someone they disagree with.
